What Are Client Personas?
A client persona is a semi-fictional representation of your ideal client based on a combination of market research, web analytics, and real data you gather from your existing client database.
Building a client persona gives you a greater understanding of your ideal client’s motivations, values and behaviour patterns, which helps your organisation tailor content, product development, and messaging to meet their specific needs and address their problems and concerns.
The number of client personas you create will depend on the size and nature of your business. If you’re unsure, it’s best to start with a small number and you can build up from there at a later date if needed.
